Terms and condititons

1. Our competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over except the SkillPix Ltd employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of our competition.

2. By entering the Competition you confirm that you are aged 18 or over, that you hold either a valid passport, a valid driver’s license or any other valid form of identification which the SkillPix Ltd may require with which the Skillpix Ltd can confirm your age and identity.

3. By entering our competition you represent and warrant that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them and by any other requirements of the Skillpix Ltd as set out in any related promotional material.

4. By entering our competitions, each Entrant confirms that he or she is not breaching any laws in his or her country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competitions. Skillpix Ltd will not be responsible for any Entrant entering the Competition unlawfully or otherwise in breach of local legislation or other legal rules. All Entrants are advised to check their local legislation and other legal rules before entering our competition.

5. In entering any credit or debit card details you warrant and represent that you are authorized to use the credit card or other debit card details which you give Skillpix Ltd to pay for entry. For the avoidance of doubt the Prize or the Cash Alternative will only be paid to the winning named Entrant and not the name of the credit or debit card holder if different and you agree to indemnify Skillpix Ltd in full for any and all liabilities, costs, claims and legal costs incurred by it in the event the credit or debit card holder makes any claim against Skillpix Ltd and arising from the use by you of their details without their authority. Please note that you will not be deemed validly entered into our competitions until payment has been confirmed by us and we have emailed you confirmation of your entry in our competitions.

6. In the event that some of the prizes Skillpix Ltd offers for a certain competition are not available by the time the competition is completed, Skillpix Ltd reserves the right to change the prize to another prize or a cash prize of equivalent value.

7. Skillpix Ltd can not be held responsible for any personal, financial, physical or any other injury or loss cosed by our prizes or use of our prizes.

8. Competition will close on the specified date. After the competition has finished, the original picture will be presented on the site together with the coordinates of the centre of the puck/ball, on the original picture.

9. The winner or winners will be notified by e-mail as well as by telephone number given in the contact details section of their entry within 3-4 days after the Closing Date of the Competition. If after 1 week after the Closing Date of the Competition the winner cannot be located or contacted, and Skillpix Ltd has done all that would be reasonably expected to locate or contact the winner, the Prize winner will be the runner-up. In the case there are several winners an additional skill competition will be held to determine the winner of the original competition.

10. If you are the winner you may be required to send a copy of your passport (and/or other valid form of identification as specified by Skillpix Ltd) to Skillpix Ltd to confirm your identity and age before the Prize will be delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by Skillpix Ltd, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the Prize.

11. The winners, at their absolute discretion, may apply for the Cash Allowance towards any expenses. Charges and any applicable import duties, taxes, registration costs or other costs, taxes or fees due in the destination country will be the responsibility of the winner. If the winner refuses or fails to pay these charges and any other associated expenses, then Skillpix Ltd reserves the right acting in its absolute discretion not to deliver the Prize to the winner or to deliver the Cash Alternative.

12. The winner may not wish to take delivery of the Prize and may elect to accept the Cash Alternative instead.

13. Acceptance of the Prize by the winner gives Skillpix Ltd the right to use the winner’s names, personal photograph, sound, video recording, and submitted details for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless strictly prohibited by law. The winner acknowledges and agrees that these rights owned by Skillpix Ltd to use as it sees fit and the winner consents to the use of his or her image or other personal data in relation to such use now and at any time in the future.

14. Skillpix Ltd reserves the right at any time to cancel the Competition without further liability to any Entrant for any reason in Skillpix Ltd discretion, at any time during the competition.

15. Skillpix Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion to terminate any Entrants entry for the Competition or vary any of the Terms and Conditions of this Competition or reclaim the Prize or any part of the Prize or Cash Alternative awarded to the winner or winners at any time if it is the opinion of SkillPix Ltd that there has been a breach of any of these Terms and Conditions by any of the Entrants (whether discovered during or after the end of the Competition).

16. Skillpix Ltd reserves the right in its absolute discretion and at any time to change or vary any of the terms and conditions. This, for example, may be required for continuing compliance of law with a legal jurisdiction in which the competition has been offered.

17. Skillpix Ltd accepts no responsibility for delayed, failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions or e-mails, for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, connection failures (including internet traffic congestion), or the acts or omissions of any service provider or for any unauthorized human act or hacking in connection with entries to the Competition. Skillpix Ltd accepts no responsibility for incorrectly completed entries.

18. Any personal data that you supply to Skillpix Ltd or authorize Skillpix Ltd to obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by Skillpix Ltd to administer the Competition; and (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services of Skillpix Ltd or any third party which Skillpix Ltd considers may be of interest to you.

19. Skillpix Ltd may disclose your personal data to any credit card company whose name you give; any organization (whether or not connected to Skillpix Ltd) for the purpose of bringing to your attention goods and services which Skillpix Ltd considers may be of interest to you; any person to whom Skillpix Ltd proposes to transfer any of Skillpix Ltd rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement Skillpix Ltd may have with you; any person to whom Skillpix Ltd proposes to transfer its business or any part of it; comply with any legal or regulatory requirement of Skillpix Ltd in any country; and prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crime.

20. In order to process your personal data Skillpix Ltd may need to transfer such information outside the European Economic Area (EEA), in which event Skillpix Ltd shall ensure that your personal data will be adequately protected during the transfer.

21. These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Entrant (and the ultimate winner or winners) and Skillpix Ltd and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings (if any) between the Entrant (and the ultimate winner or winners) and Skillpix Ltd.

22. The parties agree that the obligations contained in these Terms and Conditions are between the Entrant (and the ultimate winner or winners) and Skillpix Ltd only.

23. The parties agree that the Skillpix Ltd is a legal representative of Enterprise Systems Consulting Ltd. in all matters relating customer relations and marketing. All the obligations contained in these terms and conditions that apply for Skillpix Ltd. fully apply to Enterprise Systems Consulting and all its employees. Enterprise SC (Systems Consulting) is registered in Republic of Seychelles with company number 050849. The company address is Mayfair Trust Group Limited, second floor, Capital City, Independence Avenue, P.O. Box 1312, Victoria, Mahe Seychelles. Enterprise SC is registered for EU VAT in Luxemburg.
