Skillpix is an EdTech platform used by students. Here's how we handle student data:
- For Students Under 13: We require parental consent before collecting any data beyond what's necessary for the service to function.
- For Students 13+: Users can consent directly, but we still respect parental access rights.
- Essential vs. Non-Essential: We only set essential cookies without consent. All others require opt-in.
- Data Protection: Student projects, submissions, and personal information are encrypted and protected with the same rigor as financial institutions.
- No Third-Party Advertising to Minors: We don't serve targeted ads to users under 13.
Parents/guardians can contact us to review, edit, or delete a minor's account data.
