Terms of Service

Skillpix reserves absolute, unrestricted, and irrevocable executive powers regarding the management of user accounts and content on the Platform. By using our Service, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that Skillpix administration and management retain the right to:

• Ban or Suspend Accounts: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
• Delete Accounts: We reserve the right to permanently delete any user account and associated data at our sole discretion without prior warning.
• Account Impersonation: Authorized Skillpix personnel may access, log in to, and operate user accounts for maintenance, debugging, security enforcement, or moderation purposes without prior notification to the user.
• Content Removal: We have the right to remove, edit, or block any content posted by users that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

NO NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE ACTIONS.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service.
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and its amendments, GDPR, and other applicable global cyber laws.

Zero Tolerance Policy: Any violation of Indian or worldwide laws regarding cyber harassment, hate speech, or illegal activities will result in an immediate and permanent ban. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting such information or materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Skillpix, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, this Service.

Skillpix assumes no liability or responsibility for any:

• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content.
• Personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to and use of our Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
• User behavior, including offensive, defamatory, or illegal conduct of any third party. You specifically acknowledge that Skillpix shall not be liable for user submissions or the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party and that the risk of harm or damage from the foregoing rests entirely with you.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Skillpix and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both India and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Skillpix.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the laws applicable in Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
